Martha Graham, because she was one of the first people to allow dance to express deep emotions. She allowed the use of breath, contraction and release to be used through the body to express the feeling from within, which is used still today. She created her own language that was a massive part of my childhood and inspiration through my training.

BIO

Gabby is a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has a passion for health and fitness and wants to keep expanding her knowledge, alongside sharing what she knows with others. Gabby’s aim is to make you feel good. That is her priority, so she will cater to your individual needs. She will give you the push you need but is also very understanding so you can feel comfortable around her. When she is not in the studio, you will find her performing on stage in CATS or eating peanut butter from the tub.
