WHAT IS YOUR MANTRA?

You win or you learn so either way it's a win-win.

WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE FIGHTER/SPORTSPERSON AND WHY?

This is an impossible question - within Muay Thai there are too many for me to name. The Sitjaopho Twins are two of my favourites to watch. Their technique is second to none. For sportspeople, Muhammad Ali for his influence outside the ring and Kobe Bryant as despite the fame and being in the spotlight he managed to get to the top and get the balance right with his training, coaching and family time.

BIO

Liam has a friendly face and a positive outlook on life. He aims to inspire people and future generations to overcome their self-limiting beliefs. His most prominent interest is Muay Thai, which been highly significant in relation to his personal development. After a series of unfortunate events in his early life, Liam decided to take a new approach. He joined a gym where he found Team Tieu Muay Thai classes, and after nine months of training, he flew to Thailand to train for three months without distractions. When he returned, he had his first Interclub and promised himself to never quit. He has not looked back since.

In his spare time Liam enjoys reading stoic philosophy, organising events, writing poetry, practising different forms of movement, going to art shows and trying new things which push him to go beyond his comfort zone.
