RICK MILLER

WHAT IS YOUR MANTRA?

I believe in being a coach and team mate in my clients’ nutrition journey and as a clinician, I’ve always believed that eating for peak wellness and performance is far more than just calories and putting nutrients together, as so often it gets reduced to. Nutrition for performance is about true personalisation, refined balance, optimal timing and precision around the individual’s goals. That is the nutrition I strive for with all my clients.

WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE FIGHTER/SPORTSPERSON AND WHY?

To me, combat sports and fighting arts are gifts that keep on giving. From the first time I stepped into a dojo as a nervous school child, to the thrill of competing in my first tournament, I’m never stop being inspired by those who are taking these disciplines in new directions or feeling the health and performance impact they have had on my life.
