WHO IS YOUR FAVOURITE FIGHTER/SPORTSPERSON AND WHY?

My favourites are Thierry Henry, Floyd Mayweather and Roger Federer. All three of these athletes have dominated their chosen sports through technical ability and physical condition, backed up by stats and achievements. For me, they are three examples of what can be achieved through a combination of physical and psychological ability.

BIO

Wes is fuelled by a highly competitive, performance-based sporting background. He has eight years of experience playing professional youth football, and fifteen years of experience coaching physical fitness and delivering sports tuition in tennis, football and boxing. Wes is also the Founder of the RHS Soccer Academy and Director of Sports Habits.

Wes is a highly-skilled, competent, and confident individual who encourages self-belief. He specialises in technical and sports performance, strength and conditioning training, and no limit performance training. Additionally, he works with children aged 4+ through fundamental programs designed to improve physical ability. This allows children an early positive start to their physical or sporting journey. Furthermore, he works closely with young academy prospects and players, fine-tuning them into young performance athletes.
